This notice explains what information nab-sab-fasteners.co.uk collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
NAB-SAB Fasteners is a trading name of Woodstock Industrial Supplies Ltd, which is responsible for your information (the "controller").

What we collect when you send an enquiry
- Your name, email address and company
- The fastener type you select and your message
- Any file you attach, such as a drawing, parts list or spreadsheet
- Which page of the site you sent the enquiry from, and when
We use this only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Your drawings and files
Files you attach are emailed to our sales team. They are not stored on the website. We treat drawings as confidential and use them only to quote and supply your order.
Who handles your information
- Our sales team, who receive your enquiry by email
- Our website hosting, email and IT providers, who store and deliver it on our behalf
- Google, if you accept cookies (see below)
We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to an order: up to 2 years, then deleted
- Customer and order records: 7 years after the account closes, to meet tax and contract requirements

- Answering your enquiry and quoting: taking steps at your request before a contract
- Keeping customer records: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in running the business
- Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
Cookies
We use three kinds of cookie:

Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using it, or object to how we use it
